By using PropOffer, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Use of Service

PropOffer provides a platform for real estate offer management. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Offers and Transactions

Offers made through our platform represent binding intentions. Escrow deposits are held securely and released according to the terms agreed upon by both parties. PropOffer is not a party to real estate transactions and does not provide legal or financial advice.

Fees & Payment

Creating an account and browsing properties on PropOffer is free. Wallet deposits are processed by Stripe, and standard payment processing fees apply at the time of deposit. PropOffer may introduce platform service fees in the future; any new fees will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. All transactions are denominated in US Dollars (USD).

Refund Policy

Wallet deposits are refundable via withdrawal, subject to our Refund Policy. Stripe processing fees from the original deposit are non-refundable. Please review the full refund policy for details on escrow fund handling, withdrawal procedures, and processing times.

Escrow Terms

Escrow deposits submitted with offers are held securely on the platform.PropOffer facilitates escrow holds but is not a licensed escrow agent. Funds are processed through Stripe and held in accordance with applicable regulations. Escrow funds are released, returned, or captured based on the outcome of the associated offer (acceptance, rejection, expiration, or withdrawal).

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent offers, or impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of PropOffer, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@getpropoffer.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party retains the right to bring claims in small claims court.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the PropOffer platform are owned by PropOffer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data and content you submit to the platform.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, any available wallet balance may be withdrawn in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropOffer, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

PropOffer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or real estate transactions facilitated through it.
