Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds, withdrawals, and escrow fund releases work on PropOffer. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Wallet Deposits
Funds deposited into your PropOffer wallet are refundable. You may withdraw your available balance (funds not currently held in escrow) at any time via Dashboard > Wallet > Withdraw.
- Withdrawals are processed to your original payment method or linked bank account.
- Stripe payment processing fees incurred during the original deposit are non-refundable, as they are charged by our payment processor at the time of deposit.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Escrow Funds
When you submit an offer, the associated escrow deposit is held securely on the platform. Escrow funds are handled as follows:
- Offer rejected or expired: Escrow funds are automatically returned to your wallet balance.
- Offer withdrawn by buyer: Escrow funds are returned to your wallet balance, subject to any terms agreed upon in the offer.
- Offer accepted: Escrow funds are captured and applied toward the transaction as agreed by both parties.
- Disputes: If a dispute arises regarding escrow funds, resolution is handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund or Withdrawal
To withdraw available funds from your wallet, navigate to Dashboard > Wallet and use the withdrawal feature. If you need assistance or have questions about a specific transaction, contact our support team at support@getpropoffer.com.
Processing Times
- Escrow returns (rejected/expired offers): Immediate to wallet balance
- Wallet withdrawals to bank account: 5–10 business days
- Support-assisted refund requests: Reviewed within 3 business days
